Engagement Begins on Acceptance

By placing an order, approving a quotation, or making payment, you accept these terms. Service scope is fixed at confirmation — changes outside the agreed brief are billed separately.

We Deliver Quality, Not Outcomes

We improve documents and positioning to professional standards. We do not guarantee external outcomes — job offers, admissions, visa approvals, or revenue results — as those depend on third parties.

Payment Before Work Begins

All prices in AED unless stated. Work commences after payment confirmation. Refunds are generally not issued once drafting has started, given the customised nature of service-based work.

UAE Law Governs Every Engagement

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under UAE competent courts. Final deliverables transfer to client use on full payment; methodology stays with Labeeb.

In Plain Terms

You hire us to deliver professional writing, advisory, or design work to a defined scope. We deliver it to a high standard with revisions inside that scope. You provide accurate information and use the deliverables responsibly. Outcomes — what happens after delivery — depend on factors outside our control. UAE law governs the engagement.

Detailed Terms

The Full Framework

The seventeen clauses below set out the complete commercial, operational, and legal framework governing engagements with Labeeb Writing & Designs. They apply to every service category — career, academic, business, and creative — unless a separately signed agreement says otherwise.

A. Engagement & Scope

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, placing an order, making a payment, or approving a quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02 Services Overview

Labeeb Writing & Designs provides professional writing, career, academic, business documentation, branding, and creative design services. Service categories include but are not limited to:

  • CV and resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation
  • Academic editing, proofreading, formatting, and research assistance
  • Business proposals, company profiles, business plans, reports, presentations
  • Website content, marketing copy, brochures, social media design
  • Media consultancy, advertising content, e-commerce, publishing, specialized design

All services are delivered digitally unless agreed otherwise in writing. Scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables vary by package and project complexity.

03 Quotations, Orders & Service Scope

Quotations and proposals are based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Additional work, urgent delivery, extra revisions, or scope changes may incur additional charges. Work outside the agreed brief is treated as a new request or an add-on service.

B. What We Promise — And What We Don't

04 No Outcome Guarantees

We deliver professional support that improves the quality, structure, positioning, and clarity of your documents and materials to a high standard. External outcomes, however, depend on decision-makers and conditions outside our control — and we do not guarantee them.

What We Deliver vs. What We Do Not Guarantee

We Deliver
  • Professionally written, ATS-optimized documents
  • UAE/GCC-aligned positioning and language
  • Structured, recruiter-ready presentation
  • Strategic clarity in business and academic materials
  • Revisions within the agreed scope and window
We Do Not Guarantee
  • Job interviews, offers, promotions, or salary outcomes
  • University admissions or academic grades
  • Visa, business, tender, or funding approvals
  • Search rankings, revenue, or marketing performance
  • Decisions made by employers, institutions, or authorities

Final outcomes depend on the client's qualifications, market conditions, employer or institutional preferences, and other external factors beyond our reasonable control.

05 Client Responsibilities

The quality and timeliness of every deliverable depends in part on the information you provide. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal, academic, professional, or business information
  • Submit required documents, files, references, and instructions on time
  • Review drafts carefully and request revisions within the agreed window
  • Ensure information and materials you provide do not violate third-party rights
  • Use final deliverables responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and institutional policies

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

06 Revisions Policy

Revisions are provided within the agreed service scope and revision window. Requests must relate to the original brief and not introduce a new direction or major change in scope. Major rewrites, new content requirements, or design changes may require additional fees. Once a final version is approved, further changes are treated as a new request.

C. Commercial Terms

07 Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or written approval of payment terms
  • Delayed payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of work
  • Bank, gateway, currency conversion, or third-party payment charges may be borne by the client
  • Invoices and receipts are issued through approved payment platforms and official company channels

08 Refund Policy

Given the customised, service-based nature of writing, editing, advisory, and design work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • No refund is normally issued after draft preparation, consultation completion, or final delivery
  • Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for completed work, administrative costs, and gateway fees
  • Refund processing time depends on the payment method and provider

Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

09 Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated based on service type, complexity, availability of information, and current workload. We aim to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur where information is missing, feedback is delayed, payment is pending, or scope changes. Urgent delivery is available for selected services at additional cost.

10 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables prepared specifically for you may be used for their intended personal, academic, professional, or business purpose. Drafts, concepts, templates, internal processes, strategy documents, working files, and methodology remain the intellectual property of Labeeb Writing & Designs unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We may use anonymized, non-confidential samples for internal training, quality improvement, or portfolio purposes without disclosing sensitive client information.

D. Conduct & Privacy

11 Confidentiality

We treat client information, documents, communications, and project details as confidential. We do not sell client data or share confidential materials with unrelated third parties, except where required for service delivery, legal compliance, payment processing, or with your consent. Clients are also expected to keep our quotations, strategies, internal drafts, and proprietary materials confidential.

12 Academic Integrity

For academic services, we provide editing, proofreading, formatting, research guidance, and learning support. Clients remain fully responsible for complying with their institution's academic integrity policies. Our services must not be used for plagiarism, misrepresentation, unauthorized submission, or academic dishonesty. You are responsible for reviewing and properly using any academic support material provided.

13 Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Our website and services may involve third-party tools, payment gateways, communication channels, file-sharing platforms, or external links. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, technical issues, or charges of third-party platforms.

E. Legal Framework

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labeeb Writing & Designs, its management, team, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, financial, academic, professional, or business losses arising from the use of our website, services, or deliverables. Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, payment gateway issues, cyber incidents, government restrictions, illness, natural events, or other unforeseen disruptions.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to our website or services shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17 Updates to These Terms

We may update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
