All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

3) No Employment or Academic Guarantees

We provide professional support to enhance documents and positioning. We do NOT guarantee:

  • Job offers or interviews
  • University admission outcomes
  • Specific grades or academic results
  • Business approvals or investor funding

Final outcomes depend on market conditions, employer decisions, academic institutions, and external factors beyond our control.

4) Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Review drafts carefully before approval
  • Respond within agreed timelines
  • Ensure submitted information does not violate third-party rights

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

5) Revisions Policy

Revisions are included within the agreed service scope and timeframe.

  • Revision requests must relate to the original brief
  • Major content changes or new requirements may incur additional fees
  • Revision windows close after project completion unless otherwise agreed

6) Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before work begins unless agreed otherwise
  • All prices are quoted in AED unless stated
  • Late payments may delay project delivery

7) Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of writing and design services:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case
  • No refunds are issued after final approved delivery

8) Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables become the client’s property. We retain the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes only with client permission.

9) Confidentiality

We treat all client information and documents as confidential and do not share them without consent, except where required by law.

10) Academic Integrity

For academic services, clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution’s academic integrity policies. We provide support, editing, and guidance — not unauthorized academic representation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labeeb Writing & Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

12) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
